More Record Warmth

Hello everyone and welcome back to the blog on this nice and sunny day! The warmth will hold strong through the early part of this week but things are looking nasty for the end of the week more on that later.

Today high temperatures will reach yet again in the upper 70s and yes some areas may even hit that 80 degree mark, but beware of the thunderstorms that are going to be looming. The Storm Prediction Center has put the northern part of Kentucky in a slight risk for severe thunderstorms for today. These storms could contain damaging winds, and hail as the main threats.

Look at the NAM for projected highs for today, tomorrow and Tuesday!

Sounds good to me! But this doesn't though, a slow moving upper level low pressure looks to move in here on Thursday through Saturday, and bring ugly weather and much much cooler temperatures. I'll have more on this as we get closer.

Get out and enjoy this nice weather! Have a great Sunday and take care everyone! :)
