Winter Weather Advisory

The 1-2 inch with local 3 inch area is expected because the most moisture looks to stay to the south.
Roadways will worsen later this evening as the snow comes down at a more steady rate. Leftover snow showers and flurries will continue into the night and early morning hours. Hints why the Winter Weather Advisory is in effect untill the morning hours.

Untreated roadways will quickly become slick and become dangerous as well. if you do not have to be out in the snow please don't. If you do, leave earlier than normal and reduce speed as a safety precaution. Allow yourself more time to get to your desired destination.
