Hello everyone and good Saturday to you. Today has been cloudy and cold with most temperatures holding in the low to mid 30s with a few snowflakes and or drizzle falling at times. A BIG warm up is in store for tomorrow as well as some strong to severe thunderstorms.
Here's the SPC (Storm Prediction Center) Outlook for categorical chances for severe thunderstorms:
That may be upgraded in western Kentucky soon because they look to have a better risk of severe weather. Look at the Probabilistic chances and it will tell it all:
Thats a 30% hatched area and across the whole state the following is very possible... LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, AND TORNADOES ARE ALL POSSIBLE SUNDAY EVENING INTO THE NIGHT AND EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
Some forecast models are calling for a tornado outbreak down in Dixie Alley. Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia just to name a few. Cool-Season tornadoes IS just as DEADLY and DANGEROUS as any other tornadoes!
I will have another update up later tonight and as always through out the day tomorrow and into the night I will be updating as we go. Remember folks, most of my updates and most frequent updates are on Facebook. If possible send me a request and a message telling me your a follower from Twitter and I will make sure I accept your request.
